Education

The GCRAC Education Committee’s mission is to facilitate education for all trauma and acute care providers in the region. This is accomplished by facilitating access to continuing education opportunities for prehospital and hospital medical care providers and facilitating education for trauma and illness awareness and prevention.

GCRAC hosts a number of CE opportunities to include:

NAEMT courses in the summer to include:

Prehospital Trauma Life Support(PHTLS)
Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS)
Emergency Pediatric Course (EPC)
Geriatric Environment, Medical, Social Course (GEMS)

Through Citizens’ Medical Center, GCRAC hosts Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) in January
